Returns Policy
At All Things Dylan, we want you to love every piece you purchase. While we offer a generous 45-day return window, we also believe in mindful shopping to help reduce waste and unnecessary returns.
If you do need to make a return, we’ve made the process as easy and straightforward as possible.
Return Window
You have 45 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
What Can Be Returned
Items must be new, unused, and in their original All Things Dylan packaging.
We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items, or items missing original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and certain accessories are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Refunds apply to the product cost only.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or lost in transit.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
If you used a discount or promotion, your refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.
Return Postage
United Kingdom
We offer free returns on all UK orders.
If a prepaid return label is issued, it is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
If the label is not used within this timeframe and you still wish to return your item within the 45-day return window, you may request a replacement label. The cost of the replacement label will be deducted from your refund.
We are unable to issue multiple complimentary labels for the same return.
European Union
Return postage costs for EU orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered.
If you request a return label from us, the same 7-day validity period applies. Replacement labels can be issued upon request, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

To arrange a return, please email hello@allthingsdylan.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size, style, or colour? No problem.
Once we receive the original item, we’ll send your replacement with free postage.
If you’re not ready to decide, we can issue store credit with no expiry date to use at your convenience.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A photo of the damage (if possible)
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including the original delivery charge) if a replacement is unavailable.
Sustainability Reminder
As part of our commitment to conscious consumption, we encourage thoughtful shopping and mindful returns.
Before returning, consider whether an exchange or store credit might be a better option, or whether the item could be gifted or passed on.
Every return has an environmental impact, and small choices help reduce waste.
