At All Things Dylan, we want you to love every piece you buy. We offer a generous 45-day return window, and we also believe in thoughtful shopping to help reduce waste and unnecessary returns.

If you do need to make a return, we've made the process as easy and straightforward as possible.

Return Window

You have 45 days from the date of delivery to return your item. This is more generous than the statutory minimum, and it applies to UK and EU customers alike.

What Can Be Returned

Items must be new, unused, and in their original All Things Dylan packaging.

We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items, or items missing original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as bamboo underwear cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, unless they are faulty.

Sale items follow the same 45-day return window. (EU customers: your statutory right of withdrawal applies to sale items too.)

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

For UK orders, refunds cover the product cost. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or lost in transit.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days of us receiving your return.

If you used a discount or promotion, your refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.

EU Customers: Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are shopping from the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 45-day window is more generous than this, and you are welcome to use it.

To withdraw, you can use the "Cancel your order" button on our website, or email us at hello@allthingsdylan.co.uk with your order number. You'll receive confirmation on screen and by email.

Once you let us know, please return your item within 14 days.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned item, or from the date you provide proof that it has been sent back, whichever is sooner. Your refund will include the original standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a premium or express delivery option, we refund the standard delivery cost rather than the premium amount.

Return postage costs for EU orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered, as stated at checkout before you buy.

We offer free returns on all UK orders.

If a prepaid return label is issued, it is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

If the label is not used within this timeframe and you still wish to return your item within the 45-day return window, you may request a replacement label. The cost of the replacement label will be deducted from your refund.

We are unable to issue multiple complimentary labels for the same return.

European Union
Return postage costs for EU orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered. This is made clear at checkout before you complete your order.

If you request a return label from us, the same 7-day validity period applies. Replacement labels can be issued upon request, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size, style, or colour? No problem.

Once we receive the original item, we'll send your replacement with free postage.

If you're not ready to decide, we can issue store credit with no expiry date to use whenever suits you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost in transit, please let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of receiving your order. Your right to a repair, replacement, or refund on faulty goods is protected for much longer under UK and EU law, so getting in touch quickly simply helps us sort it faster.
