Returns Policy

At All Things Dylan, we want you to love every piece you purchase. While we offer a generous 45-day window, we also believe in mindful shopping to help reduce waste and unnecessary returns.

If you do need to make a return, we’ve made the process easy and straightforward:

Return Window

You have 45 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

What Can Be Returned

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original All Things Dylan packaging (excluding gift wrap).

  • Items must include proof of purchase.

  • We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items, or those missing packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, socks, underwear, and accessories are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds

  • Refunds apply to the product cost only.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or lost in transit.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • If you used a discount or promotion, your refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage. However, we offer discounted return labels to make things easier.

Need a return label?

Email us at hello@allthingsdylan.co.uk to request one. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Exchanges

  • Want to swap for a different size, style, or colour? No problem.

  • We'll send your replacement with free postage once we receive the original item.

  • Not ready to decide? We can issue store credit with no expiry date to use at your convenience.

Gift Returns

If you received an All Things Dylan item as a gift, you can return it for a store credit or exchange.

Just email us at hello@allthingsdylan.co.uk with the gift details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email hello@allthingsdylan.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damage (if possible)

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including your original delivery charge) if a replacement is unavailable.

Sustainability Reminder

As part of our commitment to conscious consumption, we encourage thoughtful shopping and mindful returns.

Before returning, consider:

  • Could this item be gifted or passed along to a friend or family member?

  • Would an exchange or store credit work better for you?

Every return has an environmental impact, and your small choices help reduce waste.
