EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING AND TAXES

We ship to selected countries within the European Union from the United Kingdom.

VAT AND CUSTOMS (IOSS REGISTERED)

For EU orders of €150 or less, VAT is included in the checkout price and collected at the time of purchase under the IOSS scheme. Orders are normally delivered without additional customs charges.

For EU orders over €150, import VAT and any customs duties may be charged by the courier or local customs authority before delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the checkout price.

In rare cases, customs may hold parcels for inspection. If you have any delivery issues, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE EU SHIPMENTS

If an order over €150 is refused or returned because import charges weren't paid, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
