VAT & Customs Information (IOSS Registered)
For EU orders with a value of €150 or less, VAT is included in the checkout price and collected at the time of purchase under the IOSS scheme. Orders are normally delivered without additional customs charges on delivery.
For EU orders over €150, import VAT and any applicable customs duties may be charged by the courier or local customs authority before delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.
In rare cases, customs authorities may hold parcels for inspection. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Refused or Undeliverable EU Shipments
If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid import charges on orders over €150, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
