• Returns accepted within 45 days of delivery
• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
• Free UK returns
• Prepaid return labels are valid for 7 days. Replacement labels may be requested within the 45-day window, with the cost deducted from your refund
• Refunds apply to the product cost only (original delivery charges are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or lost in transit)
• Sale items are final sale unless faulty
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and underpants are non-returnable unless faulty
